IRS Crypto Appraisal

Provide a donation summary listing date donation received by charity, amount of crypto donated, and name of charity.  Within 5 Business days you will receive a signed IRS Form 8283, qualified appraisal report (about 20 pages long) and an invoice by email.  The signed IRS Form 8283 should be included with your personal tax filing.
